In 2015 a homebrewer named Dave took a big risk. He purchased a popular local restaurant, with a plan to turn it into a brew pub where he could bring his love for craft beer and artisan pizzas to the good people of East Central Wisconsin. Over the next several years Dave grew his business with the support of a passionate crew and community around him. It has been an amazing ride, and now we’d like to share our story, along with some knowledge about the brewing process and some fun facts about beer history, through our brewery tours. Our tours are meant to be equal parts entertaining and educational. Through some fun stories, some painfully corny jokes and a love for all things beer, you’ll get to know Knuth Brewing Company like never before.
